I design learning and change processes. It is important to me that people feel seen, that they can contribute and that there is room for uncertainties, emotions and unanswered questions. My aim is to facilitate learning, even when it becomes challenging or emotional.
I work with methods of non-formal education, with systemic impulses, artistic-creative approaches, elements from theater and experiential education. My experience with diverse groups gives me a realistic and critical view of power relations and structural hurdles.
At the same time, I value lightness, clarity and what often supports change: trust in joint solutions. I prefer processes in which something is allowed to develop rather than quick answers.
