Manina Ott – Trainer, Coach and Organizational Developer
Hello, I am Manina. I work with people and organizations that not only demand change on the outside, but want to shape it on the inside. I focus on diversity, (social) justice and participation.

I studied cultural management in Görlitz, Kraków and Munich and have work experience in academic management, youth work, non-formal education and cultural work – both locally and internationally. For over 10 years, I worked in contexts in which (forced) migration and social transformation were central themes. Time and again, I have seen that people can only truly participate if structures change. Today, I bring this knowledge and experience to my work with people, groups and organizations – locally, nationally and across Europe.
In my work, I combine analysis and attitude, creativity and structure, humor and depth. In my various positions I have encountered and learned from a wide variety of people, attitudes and perspectives. I continue to count on this. I bring a lot of energy and a playful approach, like to talk about radical diversity, ask challenging questions, gently name difficult topics and love to laugh. In my role as trainer/coach/organizational developer I try to show up as a whole person and striving to be authentic and open with my counterparts.
Diversity has long been a reality. The question is: how do we design our spaces and systems so that they are open, fair and accessible?
